Essentially Pure will be donating 20% of every sale to Gifted Hands--Talented Minds Child Development and Resource Center to assist families wanting to improve their situation in the urban core of Kansas City. 

Gifted Hands–Talented Minds is a not-for-profit organization that helps children and families in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area by offering a wide variety of programming designed to enhance children’s educational experience and guide them towards self-sufficiency.  The development and resource center, offers 24-hour child care service for parents with children from birth to five years of age.

Gifted Hands--Talented Minds Child Development and Resource Center will offer budgeting, nutrition, health & wellness, self empowerment workshops for parents and people in the community.  The Center is providing the information to educate the layman in the knowledge and understanding of issues that concern children and families.  Therapists and counselors will be available for the children during educational hours to strengthen their abilities and develop their cognitive and physical skills.

The facility will also assist parents in need of resources and referrals that can further help them in creating stable home lives for themselves and their children.

We will positively affect children and their family’s one child at a time.

Program Description

Gifted Hands--Talented Minds Child Development and Resource Center will be one of a few centers in Kansas City that focuses on the total child’s well -being from birth to five years of age.  The National Association of Education for Young Children has discovered through research that these ages are critical periods for learning and development in children.

The center is one of a very few in the metropolitan area that offers 24-hour child care exclusively for early childhood development.  This program allows parents to have increased flexibility in their job scheduling, therefore creating more employment opportunities for them.
